[GAMEPLAY] Ivern passive bug

Hi. Ivern can multilply cast his passive on the same jungle camp. He loses HP and mana. I mean he can use his passive on the same camp all the time even before it get charged and always he lost HP like its first time he used it on camp. I think its bug I was playing Ivern alot and don't saw that a few patches earlier. My english doesn't perfect but i think you would understand.
