[Gameplay] Jhin's W passive mark not dissapearing
So I was playing an ARAM, while people had not been hit/out of combat and even respawning, they still had the passive mark from Jhins W.
Several times when I would throw my W out, they wouldn't get snared due to the fact the visual of the mark was there, but not actually applied.
I know a screenshot wouldn't really help due to the fact it was an aram, but Lee, Brand and TF had not been hit for at least 15 seconds+
