Zoe's W Tooltip

I was playing in a practice tool game on the regular client. Was able to duplicate with differing items.

When having a skill point available, as well as having a spell thief bubble picked up, the tooltip for putting a point into W is not displayed, so you can't tell what bonus you'd get from leveling it up.
