"MORE STAT BOTTOM" GREY OUT (DISABLED)

I can't check any ranked stat for myself or other players. "More Stat" bottom grayed out. (its been a month, before the preseason ended till now, still not solved. I googled this bug, some people have this bug even years ago. See post like this from 2013. )

Three approaches i attempted which all FAILED

  1. repair and reinstall game
  2. refresh challenger tie, team ranked etc.
  3. use another account to log on and check on the same PC.

Please help.

Hey GaGaGa2,
