Can't click on anything in game

Hi.

Okay, so this happens way more often than I want it to, and I'm starting to get punished way too often for something I didn't do. I tried everything i could to get it to work, and it looked like I had fixed it, but now it's happening again. Pls help :( So yeah, in some of my games I come across this thing where everything goes well from "find match" to lock in, up until the second instance opens up (the actual game window, so to speak). I am unable to click on anything in that window as i retain my desktop cursor instead of the glove cursor, so I am essentially afk without actually being afk. I've tried re-starting, re-installing, re-pairing, the hextech thing, I've submitted a report but I still haven't gotten anything from that yet, and now I can't pull up the "my tickets" menu on the Riot Support website because nothing opens up under it. I'd really love to not get 20 minute dodge timers for something that I can't fix so some assistance would be much appreciated.
