Using New Client cannot see any letter in the client including skills, friends name etc.

As Title, Once I upgraded the new client from 2 days ago, I cannot see any letter from the client including the skills discribtion, friend names, chatting, and even on the login page. I will attached the screen shot., please help me out. I cannot even edit my ruins since there are all blanks.
