Player Freezing

Whenever I get into any type of fight involving a member of the enemy team everybody just freezes in place. The game doesn't freeze but its like I turned off my internet every time i get into a fight and its really annoying. It never happens when i'm csing or walking around only in fights and its unfair. There is no outplay potential when I can't actively control my character. I have been playing for years now and this has never happened before this season. I don't know what you guys changed in order for this to happen but its ruining my gameplay and I don't like just constantly dying due to not being able to do anything. If you have a fix please tell me how to do so. I usually have around 30-40 ping. But if you don't have a fix please work on it or I can't play your game.

This sounds like a similar problem I had a few years ago. Since you didn't mention any specs or your settings I would suggest these two things:

  1. Update your graphics driver
  2. When you're in-game change the framerate to cap out at 60fps or 80fps, when I had it on uncapped, my game would freeze from time to time. More than likely I feel like this is the cause.
