Hello, the problem i want to solve is when Leblanc use her E spell to Zed and he ult her, how she can stun him in his stealth R spell?

Because Zed's ult doesn't break tethers.

This is how chains work. You also cant escape morg ult, or karma w. Neither with zed ult nor with fizz e. It's not a bug

Zed ult doesn't break tethers on him if he is still to close to the champion doing the tether.

LeBlancs E is considered a debuff, thats why it goes through Tahm Kenches e, Xayas R, Fizz invincibility, basucially it gets anything except a zhonyas.
