Bug in champion select

Just wanted to play a normal match because aparently ranked queues are disabled. I accepted the match then saw this strange bug: the screen with accepting the match remained over the champ select screen and i couldnt do anythink, like selecting a champ. After the champ select was over, the accept screen persisted and all i could have done was to close the client by the task manager. I think you can recreate this bug just by accepting matches, nothing special to do. Unfortunately, i've lost the ss i made.
