[GAMEPLAY] Dying during Tryndamere Ultimate

During a teamfight on ARAM I used my spin to dive the enemy adc and then popped my ultimate immediately and it went on cooldown and the sound started and then was quickly hit with a lot of abilities especially crowd control and I died almost immediately. I believe it was a Lissandra who got the kill. This never reoccured so I am unsure on how to reproduce it.
