After my terrible wifi cut me out of 2 games in a row (may sound convenient but that's besides the point) it gave me the half hour ban, then after I waited it timed me out again this time just after I had accepted a match. now I have a permanent 20 min ban and it says im in a low priority queue. that was 2 days ago and now every time I queue it gives me a 20 min timer and if I leave queue and rejoin it restarts! help me Rito your my only hope now!

That's not a bug. By default, once you've been placed in the Low Priority Queue, you have to play 5 games before you're removed from LPQ status. If you leave the queue or dodge champ select, it doesn't count as one game played. If someone not in your premade queue dodges champ select, you'll be immediately requeued without the 20 additional minute wait, but the game will still only count as 1 from your required 5. Until you play those 5 games, you're stuck with the 20 minute wait.
