Champion Selection Bug

So i was gonna play thresh, and i went to go edit my runes, the list didn't pop up and i couldn't click anything, so i was forced to dodge a game due to unable to lock-in, I was minding my own business watching everyone choose champs, and i realized, "oh?! my runes..." then boom, everything above happened.

Sidenote: I've run into another bug, I was unable to access the edit runes in and out of champ select, didn't relog since i'm that lazy but it feels like this bug might be running in to some other players too.
