Right clicking is unresponsive

Hi, this is the third time I'm writing about this issue but noone seems to have a solution, so here I am again.

My right click is extremely unresponsive, meaning that I can't ping, or pan the camera to where I want on the minimap, among other things. If I press my G button (ping) and click 4-5 seconds later, it will initiate a ping, and there are some rare time intervals where this problem simply goes away, perhaps when the servers are less occupied?

I've tried a different mouse; it makes no difference I've uninstalled and re-installed; no difference My framerate and ping are both ok, (30FPS consistently and 40~ ping)

Does anyone have a solution? cough cough does anyone at Riot know how to fix this? It's very annoying.
