Cannot connect or reconnect to game

Hello,

I have a problem since about a week. I join game, choose champion. When game loading screen appears I get kicked out of it. It says I'm in the game and can push reconnect button. Then loading screen appears again and same thing happens. After game finishes it puts me to chat after game. Reinstalled the game 3 times, changed ipv6 to ipv4. Disabled firewall in router and in windows. Opened TCP and UDP ports. Tried running as admin and in compatibility modes. Nothing works. I tried different game modes and in each one same thing. I play on windows 10.
