[GAMEPLAY] Poppy's Heroic Charge (E) bug

After many games as i found that using Heroic Charge (E) and successfully stunning the target makes poppy stop attacking her target which makes her unable to follow up a Devastating Blow (Q) just after dashing. This bug was there for a few months now it's not new.

This bug happens more often in teamfights, it seems that you are only able to attack if you move from the landing spot (after dashing) but sometimes if you are snared this becomes a MAJOR problem since you can't attack anything even in melee range, this bug happens with jungle monsters too.
