Bug with Battleboss Blitz grab

I was practicing a game with using his battle boss skin and when i grabbed the enemy champion/minion they would take damage but either be only pulled half way or not at all.

i was playing against a , i don't know if it was just something with these champions or not. Granted this was a practice game but this could literally make someone loose the game.

I experienced this bug a handful of times in the past few months, regardless of whether I used base or a skin. Sometimes it would be a point blank grab, but the hook looked kind of "sticky" when it hit the enemy champion, and didn't end up pulling them at all.
