2 Mids on the same team in Normal Draft Mode

Situation: We were playing Normal Draft Mode with a 5 man team. We all chose a different role...not sure how to reproduce this.

its just something that happens in 5 mans, quirky but not a bug as such and you can get 4 and even 5 in a role that screen shouldn't affect your draft if you can communicate
If you're a five man you can choose whatever roles you want. When in lobby sometimes my friends and I all Q jungle, because it looks so silly when it tries to put us all in the jungle role. In 5man two of my friends might Q mid, because one was playing it last game and didn't bother to change it. Or neither of them are playing mid, they just have it shown.
Riot's matching and lobby system is weird. I once Q'd up for a game with one friend. I Q'd top, and he Q'd Mid. He got top and I got mid (we switched ovbs).
