League Friends App Doesn't Work

Basically, I downloaded the app and couldn't do a single thing with it. The moment I open it up, it sends me to this blank white web page that doesn't load or do anything else. Whenever I go back to the app, it just sends me straight back to that stupid web page over and over and over. I tried reinstalling it and the same thing keeps happening. What is going on?
