Cannot create ranked team!
Is anyone else getting this issue trying to create ranked teams? Both fields are green, then hit "create" and a riot message pops up stating "An unexpected error has occurred". Any Ideas or thoughts?

I get the same error as you. Happens to me on different accounts and relogging doesn't fix it.
I have the same problem. Although for me i created a team and deleted it because i ended up not liking the name. but once i decided on a name i did like, the same message popped up, "An unexpected error has occurred". I did this about 4 times and on the 5th i started to receive that message. -_-
Riot please help!!
