Showing "Not enough RP/IP" when I have enough IP

I got 4988 influence points and i wanted to buy a 4800 IP champ but it says that I don't have enough RP/IP. This problem occurs to me many times before but I didn't mind it because later on it will fix itself. But this time, it did not fix so I'm reporting this bug. Hope Riot can fix this problem. I'm really frustrating when I have enough IP but can't buy a champion I want. Thank you.

I have the exact same **** issue and it still doesn't work, and im really pissed cuz i've been saving 4 kennen for a couple months now and I want to buy him, I have 4893 and it wont let me buy the 4800 champs, it only lets me buys 3150 champs

Yeah same here i can buy 3150 champs tho but 4800 doesn't allow me ._. And I was so exxited to buy Fiora ;-;

Restart the client. If you actually have enough IP/RP, I think it will work.
