Did not receive Key Fragment from game

Hi, i think i have encountered some type of bug or something but when i finished my game, it said i got a Key Fragment. I go to check my key fragments but i only had 1 when i was suppose to have 2... This has happened 2 times now. Im suppose to have a full key by now.

Please help if it is possible to fix.

Did you restart the client? I've noticed crazy things like missing IP or stuff like that is usually resolved by restarting the client.
