after having 5 wins and 5 loses in the row of 10 flex games in the start got silver IV....then played the extra 1 more game which i won and got an S- and placed me at bronze V...what is happening?

Just learned that a friend on my list did his replacement game (Won it) and dropped from Plat 2 to Bronze 4.

He is not happy at all.
