Ward skins unlocking from chests, but not showing up in owned wards.

After opening the level 100 super champion capsule, I was excited to see that I had unlocked the gingerbread ward. However, when I went to go equip it in my collection, it was not there. This is not the first time this has happened and I would like to know if anyone else has experienced this? I hope we can find a solution to this...
