I would like to complain about the terrible BUG system we got

I would like to say that I have a connection of 120 mb and my computer couldn't connect to the server due to the so nice bugs of league of legends but this isn't what really upsets me I mean after trying and trying to reconnect and sending the bug reports that RIOT offers to awknowledge of this I did also get punished with a 20 minutes Queue this is like the 3rd time it happens to me and they still didnt fix it so I demand atleast to take off the punishment because they cant say they cant know if I did crash or not because I got theyr so called bugsplat.

Im sick of going through this over and over I am the victim of the bugs not the one to be punished I call this a terrible service specially after the time I spend here playing with my friends and even investing money, I find it even disrespectful here are the screens aswell and I even got a video

Oh and I also did have a great bug in wich I couldnt even get out of nexus all today guys

Oh and another thing when I have this punishment from staying too long connected in the loading screen in lol it tends to disconect itself unable to reach the browsing games after the 20 minutes and therefore making me wait around 40 minutes, due to more bugs, if you need more links its likely that I will provide them since Im sure I will have this bugs again since Ive been reporting them without any progresses or attention to it till the date, just punishments

Oh please and restrain from telling me install windows, LOL is meant to be fully supported in mac, and therefore Im not going to buy an overpriced Os to play a free game that is already supported in my machine.
