Black Screen When Entering Champ Select(Then Low Priority Queue)

So my friend and I had started up a dynamic normal queue and then when we enter the champ select bot of our screens lol screens went black (We are in different houses) and then after a minute of two of black screen we got sent back to the lobby and got a low priority queue.
