Accepted but can't login to PBE? Please help.

I've already been accepted into the PBE, installed the launcher and everything, but when I try entering my username and password, the launcher says it's invalid and doesn't exist when I know it's the right login information. I tried using "Forgot Username?" to see if I could find my account name, but I never get the recovery email even though I'm using the email I used to make the account. It's as if I don't have a pbe account, even though I have the "Get to testing!" page on the Pbe of LoL website. I got accepted about a month ago and just now wanted to hop on it to see the new season changes. I'm aware of the inactivity account disables, but I don't even get a message saying my account is inactive, it's just saying it doesn't exist as if it were deleted or something. If it was deleted, I'd really like for my PBE registration to display the correct information instead of "Get to testing!" pbe account confirmation. Someone please help, I'm certain I'm doing everything right, it's just bugged or something.
