[GAMEPLAY] Cinderhulk not working on Nautilus

Unfortunately I wasn't able to pinpoint what exactly triggered the bug, nor do I have video, but I noticed on a recent game that the Immolate buff wasn't being shown graphically, nor did it have an active icon on the UI, while playing as Nautilus. Both would return for some portion of time right after respawning, but would fail to activate once in combat. I was unable to positively identify if the damage was still being dealt, but it appeared not to be.
