World Tokens and shop

So I was using my worlds tokens to buy an emote and my tokens decreased as if I bought it, but it doesn't say owned and I cannot equip them so I buy the emote again but nothing..... I would like my hard earned worlds tokens back! 300 tokens trying to get my rewards from loot and they just dissapear!!

this happened with Pumpkin Cat ward. you are not gonna get your tokens back so dont even try.
