website bug + honor 3 chest bug

On an account of mine, named "Ángel del Gatos", which is level 22 in league, cannot create discussions on the forums as the website thinks the account is level 6.

Anyways, I got a level 3 honor chest on that account and it is nowhere to be found in my loot inventory. I closed the client and re-logged and still there was nothing.
