[Gameplay] Malzahar Ult breaking early

This started happening in about January, and I finally got around to replicating and testing it. Malzahar's ultimate is suppose to stop him from casting spells or taking actions for .5 seconds. Currently if you cast his ult and immediately cast his w or e it will break the ult. Now I know this just me being bad and casting the spells wrong and I dont' do it often but it is frustrating since i've learned to play him with this functionality.

1. Malzahar's Ultimate is cancelled within the .5 second grace period by casting another spell

2. Steps to reproduce play Malzahar, ult someone and immediately cast another spell, it can be so quick that you never see the ult cast some times.
