[Gameplay] Anivia's Passive Tooltip

When mousing over Anivia's passive tooltip for Rebirth, it doesn't properly display how much Armor and Magic Resist she attains from going into Egg Form. Instead of displaying her scaling values, it will just say 5 Armor and 5 Magic Resist regardless of the actual values that it gives.

How to reproduce: As an ally or enemy, have click on Anivia and hover over the tooltip when Rebirth is not on cooldown, and Anivia is at a level where she gets more than 5 Armor and Magic Resist. It's that easy!
