When using Azir with an ally Braum you can't stack Braum's passive if enemy units are within range of Azir's soldiers. Azir himself can't attack enemy units while they are in range of a soldier, only his soldiers can and Azir's soldier don't stack the passive.
I don't know if this was suppose to be this way or not, I just noticed that it makes it so Azir cant help lock people down in fights when Braum's passive is trying to be stacked.
It is meant to be this way. Azir's soldiers are not meant to proc on-hit effects (Lich bane, lifesteal, etc) but in return may apply spell effects (rylai's, morellonomicon, spellvamp, etc). Azir is still able to apply stacks onto braum's passive, but HE must be the one to do it, not soliders.
If His soldiers can kill wards i would expect them to trigger braums passive, but they dont even trigger on hit effects so i dont even know.

ZenonTheStoic (EUW) - about a month ago: Soldiers do not proc on-hits. Braum's passive is an on-hit.
Azir's soldiers don't apply on hit from items.
Thus they logically shouldn't proc Braum's passive as they're not really auto attacks.
Makes total sense to me.
