I cant connect to a game. bug splat

I have run out of options and I need help.

  1. My graphics card is updated
  2. I downloaded the direct X thing from Riots web sight
  3. I re-downloaded the game twice
  4. I downloaded the hextech repair tool.
  5. I checked my antivirus and firewall

I am on windows 10 I have a GeForce GTX 1060 driver version 376.33

If ANYONE can help me let me know.
