In Game freezes

Hey guys,

I have an issue since a week or so. What basically happens is that my screen just freezes in game, it has no real momentum and its not appearing in every single game just from time to time.

I already reinstalled the game but it is still happening and i'm not sure why and I never had an issue like this before.

It also seems to be kind of common since i found a post on the league board just now (https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/bug-report/1yUAdeKV-in-game-freezing?show=flat&page=9).

And although the post was created like 5 months ago the discussion is still going on so I am asking myself if there is nothing to fix this issue.

I'd appreciate if someone could help me.

I've gotten the same issue as well. In fact, I was just in a ranked game when it happened, and it counted as a loss because I was trying to reconnect from the crash state. Absolute rubbish considering I was gone for like 4 minutes trying to log in again from the crash state. I can't do a full data dump either because it's a RANKED GAME and if I were to be gone any longer than I was then it would be worse for me. Fix your game please Riot.

I'm having the same problem as well, I have tried using the hextech repair tool to force repatch the client; which didn't work. I also tried to clean uninstall and reinstall league; that didn't work. I tried doing a full repair on the client and that didn't work. I checked my drivers and they're all up to date so that's not the problem. This problem for me started happening after the Halloween patch dropped. I'm pretty sure that my computer isn't the issue but an in game bug. I hope Riot looks into this soon.

Same here, it has to be something with this recent patch. Let's hope riot notices and helps us out.

Same here. No internet connection problems, no pc problems and in a fucking ranked game. This client is about as competent as Riot's esports department.

Same exact problem here as OP described. I have gotten leaverbuster for 20 mins now and i just wanted to play some arams with friends, A resolution to this would be nice
