Blank Loading Screen

After champion select the loading screen starts like normal but nothing get's loaded, it cannot be closed, and i cannot switch to another application. I need to force log out to close the loading screen. Then I can start league again and the loading screen works like I am reconnecting and I am 5 minutes in the game when I finally connect,
