Legends of Runterra Weekly Vault not Leveling up

The weekly vault is supposed to level up as you earn experience keeps resetting itself back to 100 XP each time I earn more experience. After I finish a game, I'm shown my total XP gained and my selected region leveling up and my weekly vault. But once I check the weekly vault it shows that no XP was gained. My regions level up just fine, it's just the weekly vault that does not. This is the case for PVP, Expeditions and VS AI. The problem was present on the first preview patch. It doesn't seem to effect everyone as I have seen streamers level up their weekly vaults.
