Draft queue crashes

When trying to enter draft queue it will find a match and after hitting accept I will not enter the champ select room. Everyone is selecting champs and when it is my turn I cannot select a champ and I get a short ban for doging the queue. This has happened every time I try it. I tried running as admin, doing the file fix/repair options. Running Windows 8 64bit i7 processor.
