Client "Stopped Responding" On Open & in Queues

It force closes after it stops responding and this has happened so often so far that I've even lost LP for it closing in ranked queues. Now I have a 30 minute queue because of these issues.

I'm getting hit with queue penalties too for Riot's mistakes. This is crap. We're not dodgers and yet we're getting penalized like we are.

I just was penalized a loss in my series because of their client crashing.
