Continuously disconnecting from games

For the fourth ranked game in a row now, I have either fully disconnected or my abilities will go through 2 seconds after clicking them as if i was on 200 ping or some shit. I am simultaneously watching youtube videos or listening to music and they never pause or buffer, so it is clearly not a ISP issue. I have pretty decent hardware as well and have never had any issues with any other games due to hardware being a factor. My PC is clear or viruses or any other threats completely. I am not extremely surprised to have run into this problem because riot's client has really always been buggy (still confused as to why such a massive company and staff can't figure out such a large and isolated issue). Just wanting some feedback from other players to see if this is a common occurrence in this current patch/season, or if there are any solutions to the issue, thanks.
