Low ping increases by 3 digits every 2-3 minute

So yesterday I had the same issue, but then I used the hextech repair tool and forced a repatch, went smooth with 31 ms in multiple games. Today I updated to 8.5 first game 500-600 ping all the time. I made a internet test with good results as you can see on the pic. Then I restarted my router, extender multiple times with somewhat better results but my ping is still increasing multiple times in game. Why is this happening Riot? I lost a lot of games by this happening, like wtf? And please dump your silly excuses in your closest bin because it's 100% no problem with my computer as it's a highend tyrus computer 1 week old. I have seen a lot of people having the same issues and you just come up with silly solutions. You release patch after patch but not fixing your players internet issues, I am 100% sure it's in the servers because I have extremly stable connection in games like: Fortnite, CSGO, Overwatch and Battle Field 1.

My internet setup: Fiber - 250 mbit download High end gaming router - (1 of the best in market) Cable from 3500 router to extender to computer.

Now explain this, I enjoy Leauge but seriously? What's up with your servers.
