In order to fix this repair your client. Once you log in, NEVER click match history. You can edit Runes and Masteries as long as that tab is not touched. Wait till you get 30+ games and see then if it works. I transfered from LAN to NA and every time I click match history every thing gets glitched. Every other tab should work fine including the champion tab. I assume transferring servers doesn't transfer your games from a different region.

WTF this is the first time I see something like this. Have you tried relogging/reinstalling the game? Afaik, the game uses a different client for each server, so I'm guessing your NA client is f***ed up.
i faintly remember seeing something like this happening in S3 have you submitted a support ticket?
Always remember that when Keyori bought a server transfer, his stats got fucked with, too. He had never played Nunu, and Nunu was declared his most played champion. 10/10
