Patch 8.14 locked view map Issue? Is this a bug?

So I don't play league so seriously so I don't play with unlocked map, I used to be able to get very map awareness by clicking on the map, but now when I do this it takes a while to register me clicking on the map and it is very frustrating, I can't really play well now because I'm forced to play with unlocked camera to even really know what is going on, please fix this riot...

It isn't client sided as my friend also has this issue on EUW.

i also have this issue , and its so frustrating to play with i wish its just a bug not somthing they added on purpose

Me too, its so frustrating as a jungle main man! I have to be reactive, i can't wait to see whats goin on in the map!! Remove this !!
