disconnecting repeatedly

i just played a game in ranked as janna and i am now marked as a leaver for that game, first i would like to quote that i literally never leave games. i disconnected from lol 2 min 30 seconds give or take in to my game. i left and reconnected more times than i can count, however i was never able to stay in game for more than 2-3 minutes. this upsetts me quite a bit because i was not at all at fault for that. riot disconnected me not once but multiple times in a single game. i would like to appeal that "leave", however the more important part is that it will continue to happen, does anyone have a fix?
