League makes OBS' kbps drop

I can play league, listen to music and record my game easily, no lag.

I've noticed in the past few weeks that whenever I get in loading screen my discord just straight up lags and so does chrome, but after I get in the game everything is ok (this does not affect me that much). The actual problem is that when I try to stream I have really good kbps if I am not in game/loading screen (the lag persists in the game too),if I am in game it goes to 0kbps. I really don't know what's happening or why . Any help is appreciated .
