Cant change language anymore

Before patch 4.21 you could change to any language on any server by changing text in the locale file, but now you no longer can. This is a problem for people like me who don't have a server in their country and have to play on other servers but don't know the language. i used to play on Russian server in English language. Since riot doesn't give the option to change to English on Russian server like EU servers this is a huge problem fro players like me. So, does any one has any way to change back to English? I get 400 ping on Na sever so id prefer to not have to transfer my main back here.

Maybe you should connect to a WU server.

Dude just try right clicking the locale file and checking the Read-only box, that way League of Legends can't automatically change it back to Russian language. You may have to open it in Russian, change the locale file, make it read-only and en_us then close league and re-open it. (or some sort of combo like that) I've had that problem a few times.
