[Gameplay] Taliyah consumable bug

While playing with the newly released Taliyah I noticed in one game I was unable to use my consumable items (Biscuits and Vision Wards). I didn't notice I was unable to use the items until sometime into the game. I think some time before I first tried to use one I had used Taliyah's ultimate ability without riding on top of her wall and theorized that may have had relation to the issue. When I cast the ultimate ability again after it was off of cooldown (and casting it twice to ride on top of it) I became able to use the consumable items in my inventory. I don't have the best documentation of this but I've linked a photo showing that the consumable items are greyed out in my inventory because they could not be used. I did indeed try to use them when they were in this state. The biscuits couldn't be used when I was below full HP or below full Mana and similarly, I could never place the Vision Ward until I had cast my ultimate as Taliyah again. I haven't come across the issue more than the one time I experienced it in a single game.
