Super Laggy Client

Rito, since the preseason update was released, the client has been super buggy in champion select. Ridiculous lag that prevents me from locking in bans, picks, or even typing half the time because it'll randomly disconnect me. I've tried running the repair tool, I've tried putting the client into low spec mode, turning off all the fancy bells and whistles effects, even the sound to see if that'll help. I've gotten multiple LeaverBuster wait times from bugs entirely out of my control. When the game decides to not update and let me lock in my champion then runs for 5 minutes (yes, I waited to try and avoid a longer lockout time) and then I have to log out and back in just for it to happen again later, it really makes me want to put down the game. I'm tired of the horrible bugs and I'm tired of getting LeaverBustered when I'M NOT LEAVING THE GAME. Please address and fix the problems.
