Viktor E Bug
If you cast your death ray outside of the radius normally viktor will run in range and cast, however if you cast it out of range pointing towards yourself viktor will run to range but the spell wont cast.

I was able to reproduce this bug under the specific conditions that the start point is out of range. Viktor seems to walk to the end point. I will upload a video of this bug as an edit shortly.
To reproduce:
Cast e out of viktor's range.
Viktor will walk to cast the ability as if he was trying to start at the end point.
If the start point is out of range, Viktor will not be able to cast the spell.

Justice bump. Really annoying to deal with.
As is the E interrupting other abilities when cast.
