Volibear Passive bug [GAMEPLAY]

I have no idea how to recreate what happened, but Volibear's passive stopped working midway through the game causing us to lose. I don't know what else to type, but losing 20 LP primarily because of a bug is really stupid. Now rather than winning that game and not being anywhere near demotion, if I lose the next one I get demoted.
