why i always need to wait for 5 min to play the game?

if you wanna go to the restroom them you quit the queue, wait for another five. If you don't accept immediately, wait for another five. ALMOST EVERY GAME I played after 5.10 I'm going to wait for five and i have fking no idea how you update the punishment system. So you canceled your game once accidentally and you need to wait for punishment? BTW, FIX THE BUG OF LOGGING FOR TWO TIMES PLZ.
